I'm confused on this as well. My best guess here is that the 390cc are 4 stroke and the 250cc are two stroke engines which might make the 390cc slower?

True, if 250cc two stroke, it will be way faster than 390cc 4 stroke because the direct fire of the 2 stroke engine

Count me in for carting! I may meet up at the FFX meet for the caravan. I am checking with two others (a 370Z owner and another friend of mine.) Do we still have room on the roster?
