It's a 2009, and it's bone stock. It's GM Certified, and I bought the extended warranty, so I've got an additional 4 yrs and 48000 miles from today.

It looks kinda like the ZR1 with the MY PRIUS license plate I used to (hypothetically but definitely not anymore) race up an down 270 with all the time in my '09.
