I still plan on doing internships, whether they be through the school or sought out on my own. I want to Work, not just school. What that does for me is then if I were to get hired by one of them, my 8 years of military service would count towards my retirement so I would in all actuality only have to work with them for 12 years to get a full retirement vs 20.

Absolutely. I fully believe this, if I were to stay with my current program, you can have 2 internships as electives. Either 2 with the same place, or 2 at different places. I planned on fully taking advantage of these.

That's what I'm doing right now, the Honors Society is doing that for me.
