I just sent Brad an e-mail.
And Dee, the reason we wouldn't weld is because the seats still need to be able to come out of the car if necessary. The question is what's the best way to modify the bracket to fit the car without sacrificing any safety.

Good thing about the S197 seats is they sit MUCH lower in the new edge chassis, so they can probably afford to weld a new rail to the bottom of the existing one and drill out the bolt holes to line up perfectly... we'll see if AAM Competition can handle it.

they may have to weld a bracket to bolt into the pre existing mounts... but they wont weld the seats to the car.
