For those that have Flushed their rear Diff fluid, what all is necessary to do so, pump, fluid, copper crush washer(?), what else?
I'm planning on doing mine soon and was wondering if anyone that has still has these things left over that I could borrow for a day/2 to accomplish this? Lastly, what is the redline fluid used? 75w-90 right?

On the street I'd say every 20-30k is fine. Some people go much, much longer with no issue, but as I said it's dependent on driving conditions. Spark Plugs... those go a while. First scheduled plug change is 105,000 miles.
