Even if you're in perfectly fit shape, genetics can catch up to you and strike you down of HBP, high cholesterol, or diabetes. Obviously, being fit lessens the severity, but it doesn't completely prevent them.

![]() Same here. I'm trying to get really fit now by exercising and trying to eat healthier and try to reduce and delay that as much as possible. My parents don't exactly have the healthiest diet so I'm trying to do better than they did and get everything right before I start having the health issues. Preventative changes instead of reactive. |
