its pretty good cardio. i only seriously played one year lol i walked on to my college's team my senior year and made it. admittedly it was only D-III sooo no biggie there lol.

I'm at the gym right now

I usually do more lifting than cardio though. Trying to put on some muscle

You can be as strong as an ox but fall over from a heart attack... you gotta have a strong chore, and that starts with the heart.

Even if you're in perfectly fit shape, genetics can catch up to you and strike you down of HBP, high cholesterol, or diabetes. Obviously, being fit lessens the severity, but it doesn't completely prevent them.

Exactly, I work out all the time, but my entire family has hbp and high cholesterol, and im no different.. Genetics can be a bitch.

The cholesterol is partly to what I eat though. I eat pretty unhealthy.

Same here. I'm trying to get really fit now by exercising and trying to eat healthier and try to reduce and delay that as much as possible. My parents don't exactly have the healthiest diet so I'm trying to do better than they did and get everything right before I start having the health issues. Preventative changes instead of reactive.
