Does the burger meat need to be seasoned at all or should I just bring it as is?

You can add a little salt and pepper or lemon pepper to it. I also like to use some Worcestershire sauce, however none of this is necessary.

looks like if that's the case blades meat will be beaten til it just falls apart :shakes head:
