I just got back from my FFL. He told me MSP contacted him last night to let him know that any regulated firearms that aren't fully transferred to the buyer

I just got back from my FFL. He told me MSP contacted him last night to let him know that any regulated firearms that aren't fully transferred to the buyer will not be grandfathered in as of 10/1. Basically if it isn't in your hands before Oct. 1, the new rules apply despite you submitting any paperwork prior to Oct 1.
Good news is, Bass Pro Shops in Arundel Mills is now releasing after 8 days, as are many other FFL's. |
