10 is usually the threshold between just enough and too many. We had 7 or 8 last year and it was a very nice drive.
It probably won't grow too much since we're arriving a day early. The resort will be pretty quiet for most of Thursday until everyone starts rolling in later that evening and Friday. A lot of people tend to show up only for Saturday.
