Hope everyone arrived at their end of day destination today. We arrived home around 5 PM, it rained on us pretty much from Harrisburg, VA to home. Saw Dave in stopped traffic around the 200 mile marker on I-81 North - never saw anyone else.

Had a great ZDayZ - looking forward to next year!

I got home around 4:45 PM. Google Maps ended up taking me through WV to get back to MD instead of the usual 495 to 95 route. Lots of rain everywhere :(

Fellas, Im not even kidding here, I pulled in to Bay City at 330pm... the GPS had me arriving at 430, I actually picked up an hour.. the Z drove fast.

Sent Emily a msg we arrived in NJ.

I want to say thank you everyone for taking us in. Thank you Steve for lending us the tools.

Luckily Emily and I were able to avoid the traffic caused by the accident and take a detour around it.

Patricia and I made it home about 5:20PM. Rain all the way from Asheboro. Had a great time all things considered and hope everyone else did as well. You truly value the people you surround yourself with and at ZDayZ that was never more apparent. Till next time!

I had missed about the last 3 ZdayZ but I had no forgotten my friends of MAZOC. I still have my 370Z and hope to make it next year to ZdayZ to catch up on the good old times...

Anybody knows what happened to Mike Z1NONLY from Florida with a Blue 350Z? He liked to run the Dragon several times a day. He was the 1st one up there every morning....

Someone commented in FB that he "lost" his car this year in the Dragon.....

Mike is fine. His car was involved in a collision Tuesday morning while being operated by another driver. Driver is fine; car is a total loss. Mike is already deciding on his next car.

Glad to hear that, I know him since my 1st ZdayZ in 2010. That car was dialed for the Dragon, however Mike is an excellent driver. I know he is going to miss that car....Thanks

Let's just say it was a very humbling moment when we found out that morning.

Stayed in Abingdon Saturday night. Sunday morning I spent some time on the Blue Ridge Parkway. I returned to I-81 and immediately got stuck in the traffic. Heard about the accident from a trucker and left the interstate at the next exit to proceed cross country. Eventually ended up on US 340 and took it all the way to Frederick MD, I-70 to Baltimore and I-95 home to Abingdon. A stop in Charlestown WV, slow traffic, scenic detours, a monster bicycle race on the parkway, and heavy rain contributed to a 10pm arrival time at home. ZDays were great. Glad I could be there with all of you. Thanks for a great time. I plan on returning next year for sure. Look forward to seeing many of you at MAZOC meets. Best regards. Dave
