I was thinking that too! :bowrofl:

Yep, got a slow a$$ Dodge Ram pulling a Bass Boat pulling up the rear - can do up to 80, but THAT would be breaking the law so I'll be following the posted speed limit......(or pretty close....):yum:

Can I confirm that someone has an extra radio that I can borrow? If not, I can borrow one from Ron (yes, he's still alive) before Sunday.

Shhhh. Don't let them know.

I was talking about some other Ron. Go back to your cave before anyone notices. :ugh2:

Oh... if everyone planning on hanging out at 660 can plan on bringing a citronella candle that'd be great. If everyone can bring one or two we should have plenty of coverage to last the week!

Just a reminder that we do have a MAZOC Twitter account (realize many do NOT tweet and that's OK too), but it is a handy way to shoot out broadcast messages to those who do at once - just for situational awareness.....

Chris Grigg will meet us at the Pilot Flying J truck stop at 8:30.

713 Oakland Cir
Raphine, VA 24472

Exit 205 on 81 about 15 miles south of the 64/81 intersection.

BTW he is aware of the pace we want to take.

Do we need to stop or will he just blend in with us as we pass by?

I'm thinking a brief stop.

m4a1mustang 05-08-2015 08:25 PM

Do you think Chris could meet us at the Mt. Sidney South rest stop instead? He'd have to head North on 81 (briefly) and turn around at exit 235.

We usually make a stop here and I think it'd be easier to manage than heading to the truck stop.

I'll ask.

Which channel will we be running on the radios for the drive down?
