The engine might be a normal VQ just like the Q50 has. When the G37 first came out in 08 it also had a carry over VQ engine. It won't be until the next Z comes out until the Q50,Q60 get their engine. That's what I think. I can't wait for the 12th to see.

Not true. The G37 Coupe was the first platform with the 3.7L engine

Very interested in the new family of engines. Glad to see Nissan finally doing DI and FI. Hopefully this is a glimpse of the powertrain for the Z35 :excited:

It's highly likely. Nissan used the G coupe to roll out the current VQ37VHR engine the year before they release the updated 370Z.

Cool concept, but the engine is what intrigue's me. This is a no brainer for the future Z35's powerplant and I can't wait to see what Nissan comes up with. The production version will undoubtfully be less over the top, but I like the overall concept. Very clean lines.

I am waiting for them to put up a waitlist... Anybody know if they have and I've just been missing it?

Also, whats up with this eye/projector????

EDIT:
"the headlamp has very fine fiber optic-like lines branching out from the projector. When lit, these filaments of LED lights look like lines of the iris radiating from the pupil, giving the headlamps a high-tech stare."
