Lawyer: Video shows Dolton cop beating teen at school - Chicago Breaking News

A 15-year-old boy says a Dolton police officer assigned to his special needs school slammed him against lockers, then wrestled him to the floor and pinned him down, breaking his nose.

The scuffle -- caught by a school camera -- occurred after the unidentified officer scolded Marshawn Pitts for not having his shirt tucked in and sent him to the principal's office at the Academy for Learning in the south suburb, according to the boy's attorney, Ed Manzke.

I wonder if during the hiring evaluation of the next cop they hire they will ask.

"How do you feel about untucked shirts? Do they make you angry?"

looks like the kid throws something on the floor first (cop leans down to pick something up)? and exchanges words with the bystander on the left of the kid?
