OMFG, I'm on hold with Nissan's service department to get a quote and she has no idea what I'm talking about. She wants to transfer me to parts to get a quote on fluid flushes. :wtf:

they usually never know who to transfer to. i always just ask to transfer me to someone in the parts department, that usually works for me
