yah, you can trial how it would feel by removing your stock spring and run no helper spring. thats wat i did for a few months. that alone is good.

the issue was that the pedal would have slop at the top while no negative effects on the clutch itself. the softer helper spring just pushed the pedal back to near the top where the factory position is.

give it a try. :tup:
