yah, i bought this thing from a ebay store claiming they are an authorized dealer, but when it came time for customer service, they are responsive but not very helpful.

..well, until i yelled at them. :shakes head:

i shouldve just bought from amazon..

kenchan 11-25-2014 03:38 PM

i mean, if you're going to help a customer why be an arse? cause if you're an arse, then chances are high i wont buy from you again even if you helped me this time. :ugh:

gotta think of ways to have customers keep returning, dont think in a one time transaction basis..fools think that way.

Looked at buying a new elliptical. The nice ones are expensive and still seem to break. Thinking about going to Petsmart for my "hamster"-milling needs ;)

Pissed at myself for breaking the center console lid today. I bumped it with my elbow when it was fully open and heard a nice plastic crack/snap. Now it won't lift automatically and can barely stay lifted on its own when I open it manually. Need to investigate to see whether I can just replace the lid or it's something else.

:iagree: any dumbarse can sell something cool for cheap.
it's how a store does when a problem arises. that's where smart people see an opportunity to differentiate themselves from other pos stores.

but a dumbarse store clerk dont see that as an opportunity, rather they see a a noisy customer without really looking at my purchase history.
