Morning peeps. I am currently on hold with Statefarm trying to request that the estimator contact me. After this, I'll be calling a debt collection agency to try to get an item removed and hope it works. It's the last thing holding us back from that damn mortgage loan. :shakes head: Sometimes, I hate the credit report system.

i know they will rush to hit your 'credit report' with those 'debt items' but will take their sweet arse time to remove any liens or clearing of such items off...

and all that does is lower your credit rating and give a not-so-up-to-date rating...

not sure if you do this but one way to inflate your rating is to pay pay bi-weekly as opposed to 1 lump sum. for example if you budget 500 bucks a month at the end of month to your CC/LOC then split it into 2x250 payments. they do take into account frequency. (speaking from experience on this one... i did that for a few months and then they offered me a pre-approved cc limit increase) and a whole bunch of other stuff come into play but thats one of the cheapest tricks in the books :excited:
