the house has plumbing but i decided to use the space for storage.. i have car parts in that section of the basement along with music instrument storage. there's like 4-5 sets of wheels down there right now.

my wife's computer workshop is down there, her artsy craft workshop, her manga library, and my new rc workshop along with a small rc track. it's a full basement.

that's like my ideal mancave... manga library, 2 workshops, a rc race track, space for car parts! all you need now is some sort of elevator system to your garage so you can have your tires in and our without the lugging and tugging... unless you already have that lol

lol my parents basement is kinda packed so i borrowed space from my grandaprents basement (they live 2 doors down ) to hold onto my exhaust til spring... and hten my stock one

yah, i bought like 5 full sized wireshelves last yr(?) and made sure i maxed out the space within the storage area for my car parts. i was able to save about 7-8 square feet just from the new shelves. and it has casters so i can pull out, dig through the shelves, and roll it back into place when done. it's quite nice.
