yah, my kid already learned quite a bit just watching and me explaining. he needs more hands-on experience but he needs more practice on plastic models and making stuff out of balsawood, etc. he needs to learn how to control the tools.

ive mentioned this earlier, but those metal craft kits are a GREAT way to test your hand eye coordination with tools. basically you only use needle nose pliers and your building/crafting experience.
search 'metal earth' on amazon and you will find a lot of these metal kits. |
