Yeah, when the DIY said tools needed: saw-all I was like

However, after looking through it, I feel like I could've tackled it in an afternoon by myself. It would have been nice to upgrade to the Whiteline polyurethane bushing. But I'm just too damn busy now, and it worked out well that the dealer will cover it under warranty.

But seriously, I just let them know that I'm going to be a major pain in the a$$ if they disrespect me or my car. I did a photo and video showing the mileage and documenting the time I dropped it off.

When I had the headliner warranty work done, they put 0.2 miles on it after I made a big fuss about no one driving it lol

This work will require a test drive, so I told them I'm not authorizing any miles. They have to call me first and give me the current mileage before they can take it out. They know I expect it to be within 2-3 miles of that when I pick it up. And I'll know if they had already driven it because it should be within a tenth of the mileage when I dropped off the car.

the guy's missing out on a lot of potential sales probably just for these silly mistakes.
