Have you you ever picked up one of the bone-in hams? Are they salt cured or sugar cured?

The list of items I have had from there:
black bean chili
jalapeno cornbread
queso blanco
meat sticks (don't be a perv)
chocolate covered bacon
hard salami
assortment of cheeses
assortment of fudge

I'm not sure what they are having at this gift expo though.

I will be cooking a ham for Christmas but it must be sugar cured. Can't do the salt cured.
