Agree with the sole inserts as I wear dress shoes daily....They work...

I swear by Ecco dress shoes.

Stay away from Lands End wool dress socks -- they are awesome at first but do not last.

yah, that would totally suck if someone used it as a wire cutter..

i think xcelite even limits their wire cutter jaw opening range so that people dont use it to cut huge wires.

i use channel-lock brand cutters for big wires.

funny part of this story my division does not even use Snap On tools...
