Yeah, he actually had a minor stroke and heart attack a while back so he needs something to do to keep busy but isn't going to kill him :icon17:
This keeps his hand eye coordination and as you said other motor skills a bit of a work out. :tup:

when i was in japan a few months back, i went to this hobby store where they had hugegangeous battleship models on display. they were the wooden ones too, built from scratch. thing was at least 8-9ft long :tup:

good thing i wasnt really into rc a few months back cause i wouldve probably bought a suitcase full of hopup parts for my rc trucks. :D hahaha this has happened in the past when i was seriously racing rc on the weekends.. :ugh:

the great part of rc modeling. if you buy kits and parts at a low price you
can always resell and not take a loss....

I will not tell him about that, he will want one and Ill have to lug it around or drop what I am doing to go rotate it 10 degrees every 3 minutes :rofl2:

Work table is glued and clamped :tup: I made a cardboard template of the spare tire well and got it cut out of wood and test fitted just about perfect. I just have to trim one piece and then I can get it carpeted. Slow progress, but progress :tup:

Wife and I tore up our front flower garden this morning. It just didn't look good. I'm a little sore but beer and college football help immensely :tup:

I think tomorrow I'll pick up some limestone bricks for edging, and we'll put down cardboard and newspaper to keep out the weeds. Then build it up with dirt and figure out some plants :tup:

Be sure to measure the dimensions where you plan on putting it! When I got my tv home I thought to myself "oh F, I wonder if its going to fit" :icon17:
