What's the Worst Feeling in the World
I'm currently waiting to hear back on a more senior opportunity in the city that would effectively increase my salary by 20%. Been in good communication with the lady who is leading the process but she was supposed to email me late Friday / early today about setting up a follow-up interview...still no word.
Employers should just give you the courtesy of saying they're not interested instead of leaving you hanging. Reality is, they saw something in you if they decided to even have one interview or screening so why not be nice and say thanks but at this time we feel that you don't have experience.... Sheeesh. |
