heading to the gym in a few 10 minute car trip...say hello and smile at
all the Asian girls another 10 minutes work out on the tread mill, bike, stair climber, then say hello to all the ladies that stop bye to chat 5 minutes, off to the swimming pool swim 20 laps and chat with the ladies again. where the hell is all my time being spent...........Im still gaining weight and trying hard each day at the gym.............
