well, i try to help out where i can... a guy helped me out early on like 20yrs ago online and i really appreciated his input. so it's been kinda like returning my knowledge to the forums.

It is not. I bought it right as the LED backlit craze started happening and I didn't want to drop another big chunk of change for the newest tech.

The gain is very small.. The only reason Im buying the new 55" Toshiba LED
is my 7 year old 46" Toshiba is starting to have problems..

My cousin just won a 55" LargeGarbage from work that is LED backlit and looks

was it cathode before led's? i remember my backlight not turning on after a while and i was pissed.... i could sort of see but cant see.

not like crt where you just bang on the top and it fires back on.

At work the other day after exhausting all other avenues of fixing an iphone, I "tapped" it on the desk a few times and person looked at me like I was nuts, but the home button started working again
I sometimes miss the days when a bigger hammer was the answer
