Hi everyone. Hubby took me to a car museum yesterday in San Marcos. Much fun was had.

Today I feel like crap. It's probably because I've been slightly cheating on my diet and haven't been able to go running the last two days.

Back on the wagon again today though.

@ car museum trip.

yah, ate out a lot last week myself too, and i felt like crap the entire weekend.

finally slowly recovering via home cooked meals.

eating out = too much oils, too much sodium for sure... i cut down on
the amount i ate too by like 60% vs eating at home and yet i still felt like shittt.
