I use sea salt all the time on my meat

I know it sounds like it would hurt, but you get used to it

you Peanut oil is high in the good fat, and sea salt is very tasty. I've just started buying Planters Dry Roasted Lightly Salted Peanuts made with sea salt................. very tasty snack and much better for you than potatoe chips

Olive oil and peanut oil are the "good fat". I have naturally high cholesterol and have to watch things like this. Most fats that are plant based are ok, like olives and peanuts.
