you  Peanut oil is high in the good fat, and sea salt is very tasty. I've just started buying Planters Dry Roasted Lightly Salted Peanuts made with sea salt................. very tasty snack and much better for you than potatoe chips

Olive oil and peanut oil are the "good fat". I have naturally high cholesterol and have to watch things like this. Most fats that are plant based are ok, like olives and peanuts.

I'm still hungry after having 2 foot long phillies for dinner....and it's been 5hrs, almost 6....asleep for about 3 of them...

kdo2milger 12-06-2009 10:32 PM

Tonights Dinner was a classic and personal favorite :yum:

One rack of babyback ribs, half Texas dry rub and the other half sticky fingers BBQ sauce...

Homemade baked beans; with brown sugar, katchup, mustard, and bacon strips...baked in the oven for an hour...

threw in a few beef cutlets for snackage at a later time

finally followed by the ever favorite mustard based potatoe salad...
