You hit 50 and the body changes. 15 lb., gain in 6 months, 32 to 34 waist real quick. The wife thought that was real funny.
It's easier to keep out, than it is to get off. No cake or doughnuts, which I loved. I refuse to be fat, or appear out of shape. But these damn love handles are a curse! You have to really watch what you eat, and how much.

NE almost in snottsdale. I use AT&T. My older bro used to have verizon (he and his wife live on the south (near the boy scout camp at south mountain) side) and they always had problems in their area with dropping calls or not having any signal.

26. I stay pretty active and I've always been light. Plus I don't eat fast food or a lot of greasy foods.

I have resigned myself to the fact that I will probably never be a 32 again :shakes head: I am a 34 now. I also eat pretty much no breads at all, very little fried stuff, mostly meats and veggies, and a lot of the meat is fish. But, you can eat food that tastes good and is healthy, you just have to work at it :p

My great grandfather was tall and skinny, I'm built like him. I show more of my Scottish heritage rather than the Dutch side of my family and they were all fairly skinny. I'm not too worried about it. Unlike my lil bro, he's 6'7" and 240lbs and he's built like a ******* tank. If I find a pic I'll post one.

Two pieces is my limit. I hate that bloated feeling, it's like a finger up your *** and an air hose down your throat!

we use sea salt in all of our cooking now...

its awesome, especially on homemade fries cooked in peanut oil...which is also better fo you than regular cooking oil and adds a much better taste to the food cooked in it

PyroCustoms 12-02-2009 09:36 PM

I use sea salt all the time on my meat :)

I know it sounds like it would hurt, but you get used to it :bowrofl:
