we use sea salt in all of our cooking now...

its awesome, especially on homemade fries cooked in peanut oil...which is also better fo you than regular cooking oil and adds a much better taste to the food cooked in it :tup:

The wife uses, Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I will ask her about the sea salt!

you :rock: Peanut oil is high in the good fat, and sea salt is very tasty. I've just started buying Planters Dry Roasted Lightly Salted Peanuts made with sea salt................. very tasty snack and much better for you than potatoe chips :tup:

Olive oil and peanut oil are the "good fat". I have naturally high cholesterol and have to watch things like this. Most fats that are plant based are ok, like olives and peanuts.

yup :tup: we use extra virgin olive oil too for general daily cooking...good stuff for bettering stuff :yum:
