Driving Songs

So as I am sitting here listening to my music. I was thinking what songs or cd do you play when your driving. That one song or group of songs that gets you happy and makes you feel like your part of the car and that your the only one on the road. That song that makes you just smile and be able to take those corners just a tad bit faster and have just a bit more fun.

Here is my list.

Akon Freedom
Akon I'm So Paid
T.I. Live Your Life
Newsboys Entertaining Angles
Linkin Park New Divide
Kenny Chesney

Just about any song from Flo Rida that you hear on the radio lately.

If out driving for "fun", all I need is a lot of double bass and people screaming.

If out cruising, see above

If running errands, see above

If female is in car, anything to try to scare her, so see above

haha I'm kidding on some, but not really

Mainstream doesn't necessarily mean good music. In addition to that, I don't know how you don't recognize half of the bands on that list unless you've been living under a rock.

bigaudiofanat 09-17-2009 08:57 PM

Well half I do half I do not.

So when I was a young teen, I went to a Christian rock festival to try and hook up with a girl (The time I was listening to Bad Brains, The Ramones, GWAR, NiN and Motorhead). It was one of the shitty music experiences I have ever had in my entire life, and I didn't end up with the girl. Turned out for the best in the end.

Anyway, I saw the Newsboys there.

No offense to your selection Audiofanatic, but they are the absolute worst band I have ever seen in my entire life to date, live or recorded.

:wtf2: Well I think there pretty good. I like a few others but they are the best Christan band I like. That song makes me think of my grandmother and how she is probably looking over me. I know she is because she has saved my life a few times already. I am going to add some more songs to my list soon.

Also I am not into hard core rock or anything like that. Just not my thing hearing people scream a song.
