I do love when people write things like this. Win, at what? They have market share, that is the only data you can provide. All your other points have been opinions on how you feel iTunes or iPods work.

And all you keep coming back is the same 2 points that there market shares are down and that they do not include what they could in the space they have. That is all you have, I have seen what people use I have seen peoples opinions. People want fast and cheap ipod and itunes is both.

Not fighting it, I used iTunes for years until it finally got so bloated it was just wrong to open the program. I buy all my music through CDs, where real quality is. If you download any music from online sources you are buying maybe 20% the quality of what a CD is. Going from FLAC or WMA lossless to Apple lossless will lose me quality.

Points:
~Apple market share is UP, where do you keep seeing me say it is down? Apple increased the MP3 market with the latest 3G s iPhone, they increased the laptop/desktop from about 7.5% to 8.1% the past year.
~Apple is doing good with more market share, but is also showing weakness. Increase in problems, lower QA/QC, more vulnerable to harmful attacks, lacking in new technology/developments.
~iPod touch was a worthless upgrade this go around
~iPhone is still one year behind in software - They still not do have proper functions for business, do not have proper app management, lack of flash support for web
~They sell to an image, not a product
~Desktop line is worthless and over-priced
~Laptop line is improving but back to the QA/QC line up - Fix the Macbook Air or get it off the line up, it is dead weight right now. Netbooks are killing it and Apple has no answer other than a over-priced, over-clocked netbook
~Stop trying to cheat your way into the browser market share. They initially add a check box for Safari to download/install on window based computers when updating any Apple software (iTunes, quicktime, etc). There is playing dirty and then there is this.

I have more but do not want to waste your time.
