if things go according to plan, i will be running the weds again later this summer.
i need to take them off the car temporarily to swap tires.

It looks like this year they moved it to Friday evening, I'd say be there around 730pm if you want to watch the official parade. People usually cruise up and down Congress all night anyway.
You'll want to be on Congress street just south of the river.
