Does anybody know of a cheap label maker that can do heat shrink tubing like in the picture?
I don't want to spend a ton to use it a couple of times. |

What do you consider cheap? Just the cartridges appear to be over $25 apiece. Maybe you could eat the cost of a cartridge, use it for what you need, then return the label maker.
Looks like you can pick up a Dymo Rhino 4200 for $75.

Yeah, Mr. Gale has a different definition of "cheap" than some of us (not a bad thing) It's part of the reason why his car is so bada$$
