The main cause is since the brake-disc is bolt-on to the center piece, and one of the steps is to use wire to tight the pair up every two bolts thus to prevent them to get loose. and the wire has to be a specific size thus they have to order it and it takes time to put the wire onto all the bolts. thus they will prep everything this week and put on the kit next wed.
