Encountered an idiot in reverse on the I-35 frontage road this afternoon. He was inching backwards <1 mph when no cars were coming. He stopped completely for every car that passed him (most were blaring their horn). At least he had his flashers on

It was pouring rain and hailing most of the morning, too. I'm glad I went home for lunch today - I check the tracking this morning and it said the package arrived at the Austin facility at 7:10 am today. I'm not quite sure how it went from arrived in Austin to delivered in less than 4 hours, but whatever. Good job USPS... for once
