No thanks. I dumped a 32" one on the curb about a year ago. It was there for several days before someone finally came and got it (it was on Craigslist the whole time).

Are you sure?

Anyway, a fun thing to do with an old CRT is to get a generator, take it out to an empty field when Oprah is on TV, Turn on the TV, then shoot it with your favorite firearm.

:rofl2:

The redneck version would be to forego the generator and just tape a photo of Oprah on the screen :icon17:

I got lucky getting rid of mine. Our neighbors didn't want their kids watching tv but as they got older they needed one for a wii. They even hauled the 1598 pound thing out of the basement :icon17:

I had to haul mine downstairs by myself. I just put it on a big piece of cardboard and slid it all the way out to the curb :icon17:

Mine was 182 lbs :ugh2:

:hello:

Why'd you give up on the side skirts last night?

This weekend or next week should be a good time if you want me to look at them for you.

Looks like we got a spurt of bad hail at home yesterday evening. Obviously the Z was safe in the garage, but wife's car was outside at her parent's. I'll have to give it a good once over when I get home, make sure there was no damage.

So side skirt install will have to wait until I have an extra set of hands that genuinely wants to help. Hubby is no help. The shop I go to for oil changes is saying it might take a few hours so $200 would be my cost, yeah right. http://i7.photobucket.com/albums/y29...ps7aa31856.gif

Couldn't get them off after removing bolts/clips/screws. David didn't want to fight it with me so I just said eff it.
