im a guy driving around a 10yr old G that swallows a gallon of premium for every 15-18miles. like you, i seriously dont give a shittt about mpg.

I was more so talking about something I read where in 5/6 gear the fit at 75 mph is at something like 3,600 rpm...a bit high no? A better gearing for highway would be at <3000 rpm in the final gear.

true, but i cruise at 65mph on the fit. while the car can go faster it gets kinda tiresome because of its narrow, tall, and light frame.. with a short wheel base its not the most stable car at high speeds, and crosswinds are not nice.

most of my driving is on surface roads so im okay with it.

If I had to drive a lot I would consider a vehicle that had decent mileage, but I don't. Part of the reason why I looked for a v6 DD instead of a 4cyl.

My wife makes fun of me all the time. She says it makes no sense that we have 3 cars when I travel so much and 2 of them sit at home 4 days a week.

if i was to buy a AT dd today, i would get the Q50S without a doubt. just to stick it to my neighbors, i would get the fully loaded one and pay cash. that's wat normal people do, right? they like to stick it to people.

then a rich folk comes around and sticks it to me that they bought a yacht cash. lol
