For anyone with a xbox one
 

Just a heads up to everyone on here , I Bought a nyko charging dock form gamestop a week ago , worked great until tonight :shakes head:

so to whoever has a nykon charging dock for their xbox one please be careful and keep an eye on it , Thank god i caught it on time .

I dont trust anything nyko, its all crap

It started to smoke while i was having some dinner pretty much was about to catch fire . Gamestop gave me a new controller and the play and charge kit from Microsoft .

yeah wish i knew that before i bought one , lesson learned .

Since i had that little mishap i got in touch with a friend who color matched the new controller with Nissan PW , Here's a sneak peak

Glad I went with the Microsoft charhe kit then. Gamestop tried to sell me that Nyko kit when I picked up my Titanfall bundle.

damn, i have the Nyko kit as well. Bought it cause the xbox360 i had worked great. guess ill have to keep an eye on this now

actually went with the Microsoft play and charge kit , but will look into the energizer one .

Gamestop recommended the nyko , and said the Microsoft one is crap. turned out to be the other way around lol , good thing you trusted your gut and went with a Microsoft one

Anyone else having nothing but issues with the Xbox one? Nothing but freezing and kicking me out of games for no reason. I've even had to unplug it from the wall a few times to reset it. The 360 would never ever do that to me. :/

Nope, my xbox one is perfectly fine.

i dont feel like having multiquoting right now soooo bullets it is lol

1. the nyko kits are always garbage but price is hard to beat. i just use rechargable energizer AA for my controller. keep 2 sets so i can just rotate and go. no down time.

2. that custom controller is just disgusting. please PM me with info to get me one in monterrey blue to match my Z. maybe another in matte black as well lol

3. only issue i have had with my Xbox one to date is the kinect update a month ago or so killed my kinect. supposedly it killed quite a few peoples kinects where they either had to reset it all or need a new one completely. yea i was one who needed a whole new kinect lol

I haven't used my xbone in months, I unplugged the Kinect and the cable from it. Half the time I would be yelling at it and it wouldn't do what I was asking. I like my PS4 much better but both don't have good games right now. I bought Titanfall for my PC as the graphics are much better and its 2 1/2yr old pc!!!
