Go into settings on your Xbox, network, then test multiplayer connection. When it finishes do not click continue, press and hold all 4 bumpers at once. It will then display detailed information as well as what type of NAT you have. Press A and it will tale you back to the settings screen but your NAT should now be open.
You may have to do it each time bit it should work. I have to do it often because we have two systems running at once and it flips out my router\XB1s.
