im on xb1, but i have the sign in error going right now, after install of the game. wont recognize me... been waiting all day for xbox to put out an update. complete bs, in my opinion this is the worst console ever.

I came home for lunch pit the disk in turned the xbox off with voice command. Came back after I got off, signed in and played all afternoon. Turned it off again ate dinner and got back on for a couple of rounds before I got off for the night.

Only gripe I have with the game: Its a giant 40GB lol. Im already hurting for harddrive space and this game isnt helping! Time to buy another SSD.

Btw I have this game running on Full high settings all the way through. Frickin beautiful!

Yeah EA sent out a patch to fix the issue. Great support for them to send a patch out that quick. I thought it was going to be like BF4 where it takes months too get a patch out.

yea called them last saturday and they said either they would ship me a label to send mine back, fix it, and send me it or a new one. that would take 2-4 weeks.

or.....

put a $150 hold on my CC and send me a new one and then remove the hold when they recieve my busted one. told me it would ship out last monday and be here that week......

still waiting. :angry:

i'm half tempted to get the new one, call my CC company and say its a fraud, keep both kinects for free lol :bowrofl: just because it'll make me feel better.

That's why I buy the in store warranty from best buy. My cheap headset stopped working and they traded it out right there and then for a new one.

ya my buddy had his go bad a few months back.
Im personally on my third xbox. first one stopped reading the video output. the second one (replacement from factory) came with a very loud whistle sound when the disk reader started reading the disk. sounded like a supercharged lawn mower. it eventually crapped out. sooo now im on my third one.

I dare this one to break down... I'll shotput this hoe off my 3rd story balcony

well the disc drive issue was part of the small percent of launch issues. think it was like 2% of all consoles sold had it and microsoft replaced for free and my buddy actually got 2 games free for that issue.

i've only had:

original xbox - 0 issues
day one xbox360 - lasted until july 2009 and finally red ringed
first edition of the 360slim in shiny black - still in use
day one xbox one - kinect update killed my kinect lol

only am inor set back back lack of voice commands is pissing me off due to unsnapping the party manually when playing titanfall is a pain lol and turn on/off voice as well.

I've never have had a real issue with any of my xbox consoles. Thank goodness

ya i never had any problems with any generation until this xbox1.
my xbox360 elite has been going strong since like 2007/ 2008.
i feel like they released this generation a little too early, before all the bugs could get worked out.

see i dont think it's a hardware problem at all. its mostly the interface is flawed. my buddy actually got the invite to beta test the updated one they plan on implementing soon.

this sucks i still got 6 hours of work then a drive home through possible snow.

all i want to do is play titanfall dammit.

need like 2-4 games to prestige and already beat the campaign. i think i got like 6 hours played maybe 7? cant remember.

I was playing with a guy that prestiged twice... and was level 39. WTF how do people have that kind of time? I fight for a chance to play, hell I ignored my son yesterday for an hour to play. poor kid...

he could have had early access somehow. maybe works at gamestop and snuck a copy or worked for respawn. i know they wiped all the beta stats on the XB1 after it finished. as of about 3am when i got offline lastn ight my friend was the first prestige i've seen so far in about 7 hours or so of gametime on XB1. i'm sure when i go on today i will see some.

So I opend my LE to grab out the game disc and the numbered card was sitting right on top. Looks like over three platforms 35k were made. I have low 17k number sad considering how early I ordered it, that obviously didn't have much baring on production number.

It did get pretty addicting. Only played for a bit because servers weren't working in the evening. Then i just randomly tried at 11pm, played for an hour. Got to level 6, controls are pretty simple, movement of the Pilot and Titan is pretty good. I think the tutorial of how to play the game was spot on. Had no story mode, didn't care about it much since it was already known. Would of been cool but im ok without it. Kinda reminds me of the Counter-Strike game on xbox a few years ago.

see a bunch of people had xbox live issues yesterday. i guess i was lucky since my only issue was netflix was down when i was trying to go to sleep lol

With 3-6 good players on a team I can see ranking up very quickly in this game. I also think in the article I posted or maybe somewhere else I read, that each time you prestige it goes a little quicker.

I feel you on time when I get back to work my games will just start stacking up never played just like 360 and PS3.

i was just running with 1 friend for most of my time. had another join later for a bit.

as for the quicker leveling that is correct.

from what i understand whenever you prestige you will gain XP faster.

1st prestige - 1.1x XP
2nd prestige - 1.2x XP
.......and so on

this is how it was explained to me but if its 100% fact well that i'll find out later lol

That sounds good to me, at least it is faster even if those multipliers are not correct. I like the idea of it too because I always hated the first 20-30 levels prestiging in COD. Losing all my gear blows!
