No problem brother, but do realize, for the people that DO NOT work out that often, then all of a sudden go out and do cross fit, you WILL be sore, irregardless of cold showers or not.. thats just the way the human body works.

yah, that makes sense. im on a routine so i dont usually get sore. main goal is to keep my body in sync to enjoy a happy lifestyle.
