Good Saturday Morning Everyone!

Detailed the Z yesterday and just finished changing out my in-cabin air filter. With the ugly weather outside - just waiting for the rain that is hitting mr. JAR right now - That's probably it for the Z this weekend.

I did play a little bit yesterday. AutoGeek.com was advertising a new two-stage "Rain-X type" product for the windshield. The idea is to polish first before applying the water repellant.

In typical gurney OCD fashion, I took it a step further and first polished the windshield with some Griot's glass polish. I'm very happy with the results.

The test is to put your hand inside a quart size Ziploc bag and drag it across the glass. You would be amazed at the resistance and bumpy feeling. After a full polish, it's a smooth as glass.

Just to test the product, I applied a very light coat to the windshield before washing the car. The water rolled right off.

my wife's working today too. actually she went out to work after i got home last night.

i really dont like her work schedule (IT related) since it bleeds into our free time. but it's not like this just started yesterday. been like this for near 20yrs. lol it's a part of our life.

yah, especially when you got people bugging you at work it does seem more productive to work on days (or nights) when other people arent there.

ive been wanting to wash my dd real bad... so filthy.

i play keyboards so i was just messing around improving some tunes i put together off the top of my head.

it's one of my relaxation process.

I bought the wife a key board for christmas, she wanted to learn. shes to busy with school right now though to get any use out of it. Ill stick to Rock Band

I washed the Juke today, cleanest its been since August of last year LOL
