It's all so true...

Few weeks ago I was on a webinar. people kept putting in the comment box that they couldn't hear. Host went through (with his voice) how to turn on the volume so they could hear. All the sudden you hear a door open and his assistant say 'Uh-the people having problems can't HEAR you.'
