these are the ones i use:

Micro Fiber Spray-On Car Wash Cloths, Set of 3 - Griot's Garage

they are great because it has the longer threads on BOTH sides unlike most MF detailing towels.

btw, i used griot's paint sealant to seal the bath tub. lol

it keeps the tub clean longer by 3x or more.

By the way Ken, I saw a taffyapple at the local Target the other day with...I'm not kidding here....seven (7) bags of pork rinds in his cart.

btw, i use Prima Hydro spray on my dd.

im going to try the meguiar's polymer spray this season. i forget which one it was but $30/gallon one. (it's saved in my amazon cart. lol)

hydro is $60-70/gallon.

yah, my dd is a hunk of salt

right now. sooo dirty.

but yah, i completely agree. im totally happy that my Z and G are salt free and spotless in my garage.

that $19K cash was well spent. considering there is no way i would ever be able to find another G in my G's near new condition.

but im not going to be driving my G that hard any more. i want her to be the dressup girl with them work wheels and all.

i might do a catback if the stocker wears before her retirement date. i really like the sound of the stock system so want to keep her that way.

the snow removal contractor also sprinkled so much salt on our porch, i need to figure out a way to wash that off without damaging the foundation beams with salt....

and all the f-king numbers you have to remember in their system..

this day and age, one spray wax or spray polymer is plenty imho. keep the car detailed more frequently.

3-4hrs each time to wax... lasts maybe one-2 months in real world.
5min each time to spray wax... lasts maybe 2-3wks in real world.

prefer the latter and just keep applying. i dont have 3-4hrs to wax.
my details usually take 16-20hrs each time.
