you know I also just heard a report on the news saying that Toyota is recalling something like 1.4 million Prius's because of some issue that popped up

yah, it sounds like this time the throttle dont work, unlike their over excited accelerating pedal. :D

it's suppose to cost about $10M, which is peanuts for the company vs the $5B they lost with the ima racecar recall a couple yr back. :ugh:

That's because they won't actually have to fix it for a lot of people. Those people all think they're getting fantastic gas mileage because they're not using any gas :ugh2:

did toyota ever disclose how they intend to recycle all the dead batteries from hybrids?

are they still storaging them under ground somewhere? :confused: let the future generation deal with problems? :ugh:
