Tracie, I would love to have your group stay with us! I have included wireless internet complimentary in your sleeping rooms as an additional “thank you” for considering us for a savings of $14.95 per room, per night.

May I send you over a contract so we can get these rooms reserved? Just let me know!

Thanks,

This is the same rate as the Westin (also Downtown) but Onze can use his points here. The Westin didn't state any fees for parking, however. There is another Marriott in the area that I'm still waiting to hear from, as well as a Staybridge Suites closer to the airport.

I know I am late to the party, but here is where I stay for the 500 each year:

Extended Stay Indianapolis - Homewood Suites Indianapolis-Downtown

I've been staying there for almost ten years now. Highly recommended.

Definitely make reservations at St. Elmo's and spend the rest of your time at The RAM!

I have Platinum status with Marriott -- do you think that would impact the rates?

Possibly? I can PM you Nicole's number to find out.

Also, Gurney's recommendation is a few dollars higher than our current quotes.

The other Marriott in town (JW Marriott) is coming in at $139/night, $30 parking per day, and will waive the internet fee as well. Platinum members only get upgraded to the concierge level but there's no deal for the group.

As she told me on the phone, "this price is the lowest I've ever offered for our type of luxury hotel."

I'm currently checking with the Westin to see if parking fees apply and if they are willing to waive their internet fees if applicable. I'm leaning that way since they have been the cheapest.

NissanFan 01-17-2014 11:49 AM

gooodam/pm! :hello: TGIF!
