so ive been doing the hamsterspeedwalk. it's great. :tup: im burning up more calories now that my throat dont hurt breathing the death-dry air and so i can go longer. :tup:

and i feel goodly. :D im doing this not so much for burning up calories, but just to keep my body in sync. :tup:

especially the one that can't contain her dog while walking. who the hell allows their dog to creep up to a neighbor from behind while he's busy detailing his beautiful car, and then let their dog suddenly BARK!!! 2ft behing my arse? :mad: i almost dropped my QD bottle.

of course i chased the f-king dog away and told her they make good soup. :icon17: hell, they can't tell im not chinese. :D
